Customer Service Centre update

We'll be available from 8am to 6pm on Tuesday 15 October, and 9am to 5pm on Thursday 17 October. Outside of these hours, you can report emergencies on 01202 319119 or manage your home through MyHome.

From September 2024 we’ll be sending all of our customers a census to fill out, to make sure we have all the up-to-date information about you and your household.
