Stonewater are acquiring 33 homes from Linden Homes, with the development totalling 108 units.
The site is located in the village on New Cardington which has been developed on the redundant RAF airfield between Cardington and Shortstown, about three miles south of Bedford town centre.
The village has good transport links including a mainline train station with direct links to London, Brighton and the North, which is 3.5 miles from the site. The site has easy access to the M1, and a regular daily bus service to Bedford town centre.
