We are working with Bellway to deliver 53 units for affordable rent, social rent and Shared Ownership.

The completed site will provide eight affordable rent houses, made up of a mix of two-, three- and four-bedroom properties. There will also be four affordable rent one-bedroom maisonettes and a two-bedroom bungalow.

We will also have 25 social rent houses, comprising a mix of two-, three- and four-bedroom properties. In addition, there will be six social rent one-bedroom flats and a one-bedroom bungalow. The Shared Ownership units will be made up of eight two- and three-bedroom houses.

This Bellway development is situated in the village of Cubbington, on the north-eastern outskirts of Leamington Spa. The site lies three miles to the northeast of Leamington Spa town centre.
