We are working with Redrow to deliver 50 units for affordable rent and Shared Ownership.
The completed site will provide 30 affordable rent houses, comprising a mix of one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom properties. In addition, there will be eight affordable rent one-bedroom maisonettes. The Shared Ownership units will be made up of 12 two-bedroom houses.
The site lies 2 miles northeast of Nuneaton town centre, near the A5 Watling Street.
