The historic village of Templecombe, with its links to the Knight Templar, holds rural appeal whilst being a short distance to larger settlements such as Yeovil and Wincanton.
The site is located just off a main arterial road, the A357, and is approximately 9 miles from Sherborne, 6 miles from Wincanton and 14 miles from the main county town of Yeovil.
There is a rail station with frequent, direct trains to London Waterloo and Exeter. Buses run regularly from Templecombe to Wincanton, Sherborne and Yeovil.
