We are working with BDW to deliver 55 new homes in the urban development of New Lubbesthorpe, for social rent, affordable rent and Shared Ownership. Upon completion the site will comprise one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom houses, two-bedroom bungalows and one-bedroom maisonettes.
The development includes landscaping and open spaces, 325 acres of parkland and play areas and includes a leisure centre.
There are already community centres, a nursery and primary schools available for residents as well as local centres. Eventually there will be a second primary school and a secondary school to serve residents.
