We are working with Vistry Homes to deliver 30 units for social rent and Shared Ownership. This site is part of the wider Long Marston Airfield Garden Village initiative.
The completed site will provide 11 social rent houses, comprising a mix of two- and three-bedroom properties. In addition, there will be four social rent one-bedroom flats and two one-bedroom maisonettes. The Shared Ownership units will be made up of 13 two- and three-bedroom houses.
This site is situated on the former RAF Long Marston. The site lies five miles to the southwest of Stratford-upon-Avon.
