We are working in partnership with Vistry Homes to deliver 42 units for affordable rent, social rent and Shared Ownership.
The completed site will provide ten affordable rent houses, comprising a mix of two-, three- and four-bedroom properties.
In addition, there will be one affordable rent two-bedroom bungalow. We will also be taking 15 social rent houses, comprising a mix of two-, three- and four-bedroom properties as well as one two-bedroom bungalow, seven one-bedroom flats and two one-bedroom maisonettes.
The Shared Ownership units will be made up of six two- and three-bedroom houses.
The site lies 1.5 miles east of Warwick town centre.
