The site is on the western edge of Market Bosworth, near to Hinckley, Nuneaton and Leicester, with excellent road links between these towns.
The town has a local shop, coffee shops, restaurants and takeaways, pubs and cafes, police and fire station and a country park.
Market Bosworth has both primary and secondary schools within the town. The town is also home to the historic Dixie Grammar School, an independent school that can trace origins back to 1320. For sixth form, higher and further education, Leicestershire has several leading colleges and three well respected universities.
