Facilities at Chaddesley Court

Chaddesley Court is a retirement living scheme consisting of 49 spacious one-bedroom ground floor and first floor flats, built around two internal ‘streets’. Flats benefit from their own entrance accessed off an internal corridor for added security.

  • External scooter storage with charging point (additional weekly charge applies)
  • A communal boiler means residents don’t have the worry of arranging their own gas provider. Instead there is a weekly charge for heating and hot water (on top of rent)
  • Two lifts
  • Large communal gardens with indoor and outdoor seating areas
  • A guest suite for visitors (available at a small fee)
  • Parking for residents and visitors (limited availability)

We support residents in all of our retirement living schemes to continue living independently. This support includes:

  • A community alarm service for out of hours support (managed 24/7)
  • Housing-related support to help you remain independent at home - our local team can signpost you to other agencies and support systems to help maintain your independence
  • Effective housing management and tenancy sustainment services – our team can mediate between Stonewater if you have any problems (e.g. with your rent or with neighbours)
  • Low-level support services to improve your health and wellbeing
  • Health and safety building checks
