Norfolk House is a retirement living scheme consisting of 30 spacious one-bedroom flats across the ground, first and second floor. Flats benefit from their own entrance accessed off an internal corridor for added security.

- A separate communal lounge with French doors leading onto a garden, providing a relaxing environment (includes a greenhouse, potting area and communal seating)

- Lift access to upper floors from the front and rear entrance of the building
- Domestic pets are allowed with written permission (e.g. fish and small birds). Well-behaved dogs may visit but must be managed at all times
- A communal laundry facility
- A guest room (available for a small fee)
- Secure storage for mobility scooters

We support residents in all of our retirement living schemes to continue living independently. This support includes:
- A community alarm service for out of hours support (managed 24/7)
- Housing-related support to help you remain independent at home - our local team can signpost you to other agencies and support systems to help maintain your independence
- Effective housing management and tenancy sustainment services – our team can mediate between Stonewater if you have any problems (e.g. with your rent or with neighbours)
- Low-level support services to improve your health and wellbeing
- Health and safety building checks

Local area
The scheme is ideally situated in the heart of the historic market town of Leominster. It is close to local amenities, with level walking access to shops and community services, including a Friday market.
A modern leisure centre is also close to the scheme and includes a meeting space for support groups. The train and bus stations are within walking distance, and there are local taxi services too.
