Raglan Court is a retirement living scheme with 29 one-bedroom flats across two floors. All indoor flats have their own individual entrance off an internal corridor for added security. We also offer retirement living bungalows of varying sizes.

We support residents in all of our retirement living schemes to continue living independently. This support includes:
- A community alarm service for out of hours support (managed 24/7)
- Housing-related support to help you remain independent at home - our local team can signpost you to other agencies and support systems to help maintain your independence
- Effective housing management and tenancy sustainment services – our team can mediate between Stonewater if you have any problems (e.g. with your rent or with neighbours)
- Low-level support services to improve your health and wellbeing
- Health and safety building checks

Local area
The scheme is located on the Dover Crescent estate in Bedford, less than a 10-minute walk away from Mowsbury Park and woods.
There are excellent transport links and a regular bus service and a bus stop immediately on the main road outside. The local post office, general shops, chemist, doctor's surgery and supermarket are all just a 10-minute walk from the scheme.
Good transport links connect the scheme to Bedford town centre which is 4 miles away.
