Raglan Court is a retirement living scheme on the outskirts of Salisbury and consists of 35 self-contained flats (31 one-bedroom flats and four two-bedroom flats). Each have their own individual entrance via an internal corridor for added security.
Ground floor apartments are designed for those with limited mobility, while the first floor is easily accessible via lift.

- Housing-related support to help you remain independent at home - our local team can signpost you to other agencies and support systems to help maintain your independence
- Effective housing management and tenancy sustainment services – our team can mediate between Stonewater if you have any problems (e.g. with your rent or with neighbours)
- Low-level support services to improve your health and wellbeing
- Health and safety building checks

Local area
The scheme is situated in a cul-de-sac in the St Pauls ward of Salisbury. Salisbury city centre is approximately one mile away, offering a wide variety of retail, leisure and community facilities.
Within walking distance from the scheme is a convenience store and a Waitrose. Odstock hospital is approximately two miles away.
There are good transport links here - the scheme is close to the A36 and train station, and the local bus service goes to the hospital and city centre.
