Facilities at Waltham Court
Waltham Court is a retirement living scheme consisting of 20 spacious one- and two-bedroom apartments with ground floor and first floor with gallery landings. Flats benefit from their own entrance accessed off an internal corridor for added security.
Additional benefits at Waltham Court include:
- Community room where we host regular social events like coffee mornings and afternoon tea
- External scooter storage with charging point
- A communal boiler – this means residents don’t have the worry of arranging their own gas provider. Instead there is a weekly charge for heating and hot water (on top of rent)
- Lifts – the entire scheme is completely wheelchair accessible
- Large communal gardens with outdoor seating areas
- Parking for residents and visitors (limited availability)
