Investing in our schemes
Many of our schemes have recently benefitted from a multi-million-pound investment programme. We’ve refurbished and improved communal spaces and guest rooms, installed new entry and alarm monitoring systems, created treatment rooms, and built bespoke furniture and adaptations to make life easier for our residents.

Celebrating Pride together
In 2022, staff and residents at Peter Dyer Court organised the first Pride event in a Stonewater retirement living scheme, for Mablethorpe’s first-ever Pride day. The event was about celebrating diversity, challenging stigma and raising important funds to buy a defibrillator for the local community.

Boosting residents' digital confidence
We partner with We Are Digital - a digital skills scheme to help our residents improve their digital confidence. Residents can take part in sessions with a tutor to learn how to video call loved ones, arrange appointments, send emails and more.
