Hazelmead House, Swindon

Our accommodation

It has 15 self-contained, furnished rooms with shared bathrooms, a communal kitchen, a lounge and a separate computer room for residents to access the internet.

On arrival, residents are allocated a coach who will help them develop a comprehensive, person-centred support plan to plan their future and reach their aspirations. Part of the support plan includes an agreement to meet regularly with the coach for support and access to training and employment opportunities. Staff also support residents to work closely with other mental health professionals that are involved in their support.
