We have been ranked 17th in Housing Digital magazine’s Top 30 Digital Housing Providers, announced today.
The list celebrates those who, through thoughtful engagement with technology, reacted and responded to the pandemic’s challenges so they could continue to meet the needs of their residents.
Stonewater started its digital transformation journey in 2017, implementing a range of technology to support and enhance our business, efficiency and services. We were well prepared to cope when Covid-19 struck and lockdown prompted a revolution in working practices across all sectors throughout the country.
The Top 30 judges said: “The changes Stonewater made early on proved key in delivering a swift and effective response to the pandemic.
“Thanks to its proactive approach, Stonewater is now well placed to deliver on its ambitions going into the future, with plans to integrate information and systems using cloud technology and further invest in artificial intelligence and smart technology.”
Karen Stephens, Director of Transformation and Customer Influence at Stonewater, said: “Over the last year, our teams have worked hard to maintain services while safeguarding residents’ and colleagues’ health and wellbeing.
“Crucial to this was the road to technological change which began for us four years ago, when we decided it was time for an innovative, digital, data-based service that both benefited customers and supported our future plans.
“We are delighted to see our achievements in this area recognised by being ranked one of the country’s Top 30 Digital Housing Providers.”
