Stonewater announces new repairs contract

Leading housing provider Stonewater has signed a repairs and maintenance contract worth £1.75 million per year, with property services company Ian Williams.

Commencing today (12 April 2021) the responsive repairs and empty homes contract will cover at least 1,800 homes and has the potential to be extended to 15 years.

The collaborative partnership aims to create a whole asset management solution, with plans to include planned and cyclical works across Stonewater’s homes into Ian Williams’ work streams.

Ian Williams, which currently oversees repairs for Stonewater’s homes located in the South East and East Midlands, will now be responsible for undertaking works across all homes in Stonewater’s wider Central region including Northampton, East Cambridgeshire and Peterborough.
