The multi-media campaign will recognise the diverse employees who are driving real change for the sector and the communities they serve.

Stonewater has launched its People Like Me Campaign, a multi-media initiative recognising the diverse employees who contribute to its success and reflect the communities they serve.

The campaign will celebrate the leading social housing provider’s long-standing commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion (EDI). Through personal stories, videos, blogs, and thought leadership content, People Like Me will highlight the unique experiences and career journeys of employees across the organisation.

From women thriving in traditionally male-dominated fields to mental health first aiders discussing the importance of support in the workplace, the campaign shines a spotlight on individuals who embody Stonewater’s values.

Driven by a strong social purpose, EDI is a cornerstone of Stonewater’s approach to address challenges such as workforce diversity and inclusive service delivery.

The campaign aims to inspire conversations across the housing sector and demonstrate how embracing inclusion leads to more effective services for customers and communities.

Cordelia Johnney, Stonewater’s Head of EDI, said: "Equality, diversity, and inclusion aren’t just ideals – they’re integral to how we work, how we innovate, and how we make a difference. The People Like Me campaign celebrates the real-life stories of our colleagues who are helping to drive change and enrich our organisation.

“By recognising and amplifying voices that are often underrepresented, this campaign provides a platform for authentic stories, showing how diversity strengthens our organisation and benefits the communities we serve. We hope to inspire others within and beyond our sector to prioritise EDI in meaningful ways and spark a broader conversation about the value of inclusion."

Stonewater is inviting everyone to engage with the campaign and learn more about the individuals featured. Follow the conversation on social media using #Peoplelikeme and visit www.stonewater.org for campaign updates.
