Stonewater has been recognised again for its ethnicity and inclusivity work.

Ranked in the top 10 for both the Outstanding Employer and Network Group categories by the Ethnicity Awards, the accreditations mark the third successive year in which Stonewater has been recognised in the national awards.

Set up by the Investing in Ethnicity campaign in 2018, the awards highlight organisations that are making significant progress towards ethnic inclusivity through the sharing of best practice and demonstration of ongoing improvement.

Following the organisation’s top 10 position in the 2022 awards and the Advanced Employer accreditation in 2021, Stonewater’s race equality network group – 2GeTher – has once again been successful in the Investing in Ethnicity Maturity Matrix scoring.

Stonewater is committed to having a truly inclusive culture and has worked hard to implement inclusivity and opportunity equality across the business since its formation in 2015.

Nicholas Harris, Chief Executive at Stonewater, said: "To be praised for our equality and diversity work for the third year in a row is testament to all our colleagues who continue to make Stonewater a great place to work.

"Our dedicated Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion team works hard to ensure that we reflect our wider society and identify opportunities for colleagues across our entire organisation to shine."

Jenny Sawyer, Director of People, Culture & Change added: "Being included in the top 10 Outstanding Employers category and for the amazing work of our networking group, 2GeTher, alongside high-profile organisations such as BT Group, Virgin Money, and Sainsbury’s, demonstrates our commitment to inclusivity and the fact we have been recognised in such a way, once again, shows that we are making great strides towards our overarching aims."
