Bristowe Stock Transfer

Bristowe (Fair Rent) Housing Association has completed a transfer of engagements of 79 homes in the Bristol area to the Stonewater Group.

Liney Road, Westonzoyland

We are currently developing 43 new homes in Somerset, of which 29 are for affordable rent and 14 are for Shared Ownership.

Stonewater is working with Cala Homes to deliver 40 units for social rent and Shared Ownership – a range of two- and three-bedroom homes and apartments.

We are working with Redrow to deliver 50 units in Nuneaton. The completed site will include 30 affordable rent houses and eight maisonettes, and 12 Shared Ownership houses.

Bedford Road, Houghton Regis

We are working with Living Space to deliver 57 homes for Affordable Rent and Shared Ownership in Houghton Regis - a one- to four-bedroom homes.
